1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 Grease (with a small amount of butter) and thinly coat with flour, a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. 3 In a double boiler, or a metal bowl placed on a pot of boiling water, melt butter and chocolate together. When melted, remove from heat and set aside to cool completely. 4 In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add salt, sugar, and vanilla to eggs, and beat well. 5 Add cooled butter/chocolate mixture to the large bowl of egg mixture. Stir just until mixed. 6 Add flour and stir just until mixed. 7 Pour into prepared baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 8 Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before cutting into bars.
