1 In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice and oil. This is your marinade. 2 Place chicken in a medium bowl or large Ziploc bag. 3 Pour 3/4 of the marinade over the chicken, and mix well. Set aside the remaining marinade. 4 Heat a large non-stick skillet for about one minute on high heat. 5 Add the marinated chicken to the hot skillet and saute the chicken on medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, about 6-8 minutes. 6 Add the green beans, penne, onion powder and remaining marinade to the skillet. Saute for a few minutes until penne and string beans are coated with marinade, and all ingredients are hot. 7 Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired, and serve.
