1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Have an ungreased cookie/baking pan ready. 2 In a large bowl, mix with a fork: flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and garlic powder. 3 Using your fingertips, mix the butter through the flour mixture, handling the butter as little as possible. 4 Mix in the cheese. 5 Mix in the buttermilk. 6 Drop a heaping tablespoon of batter for each scone, onto baking pan. 7 Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees, until golden brown. 8 Serve and enjoy!
