Ingredients: 4 medium-sized apples (Yellow Delicious or Gala are good choices); Juice of 1/2 of a lemon; 2 teaspoons butter or margarine; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

4 medium-sized apples (Yellow Delicious or Gala are good choices) Juice of 1/2 of a lemon 2 teaspoons butter or margarine 2 tablespoons sugar 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1 Peel apples, remove core, thinly slice and place in bowl. 2 Toss sliced apples in lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. 3 Melt butter or margarine in non-stick frying pan. 4 Add apple mixture to pan. 5 Saute apples on medium heat until apples are softened (about 5-10 minutes). 6 This dessert can be served by itself or as a topping for ice cream or pancakes.
